Patricia Williams
Intake Coordinator
In her role as Intake Coordinator, Williams is responsible for assessing potential clients for LifeHouse Behavior Health to find men and women who could most benefit from its comprehensive blend of services and supports. To make these assessments, Williams conducts in-depth phone screenings with potential clients. She uses these assessments to develop individual profiles that include substance use history, family background, current living arrangement, and general demeanor. These assessments help guide the client towards the programs and resources that are best suited to their individual goals. She also conducts outreach to hospitals and non-profit organizations to inform them about the center’s programs and the variety of therapeutic groups. She also facilitates a very popular self-help group, called “Elephant in the Room” that uses different models of recovery to help participants process information, gain insights and make new discoveries that help them in their daily lives.
Williams has over 20 years of experience working with people with substance use disorders. She received her CADC certification in 2014. Her passion for working with vulnerable populations is unparalleled as is her commitment to ensuring that LifeHouse Behavioral Health’s clients get the support they need to face life’s challenges.
